I don’t have off road parking at my home, will you still clean for me?
Unfortunately not, even if you have a parking permit this has always proved to be a hassle and a time waste.

I need a regular clean, what is the next step?
Give us a call and arrange for us to meet with you in your home.  This will give you the opportunity to talk through your requirements, and for Angela to view your home.

I don’t want or need a weekly clean, could I have a less regular visit?
Yes, you can have a clean every fortnight to help you keep on top of your cleaning.

What do I need to supply?
All you need to supply is the equipment such as hoover, mop & bucket, tall dusters and any specialised products.

You say you supply your own cloths, have they been used in other peoples homes?
We never use the same cloths before they have been hot washed, we will only ever use fresh clean cloths in each home.

How do I pay for the cleaning service?
You will be sent an invoice at the end of every month and you can pay by cheque or transfer. Our terms are 7 days.

Will I get a different cleaner every week?
No, Angela will allocate one suitable member of the team to clean your home. We understand the importance of being able to build a relationship with the same person. We always do our best to minimise change of staff.

What happens if my cleaner is sick or goes on holiday?
Another member of our team will cover your cleaner, we have a couple of cleaners who are ‘regular holiday coverers’ and are used to stepping in.

How much notice do I have to give if I no longer need a cleaner?
We ask that you give as much notice as possible. For less than 48 hours notice there will be a charge.

I already have my own cleaner but he/she is going on holiday/is sick, can you help?
Yes, we can step in and cover your current cleaner until they return from holiday or are well enough to return to work.
